General Tools IRT207 8: 1 Mid-Range Infrared Thermometer has the optics and range to handle most applications in HVAC/R, plumbing and heating, electrical, automotive and other industrial jobs. While this IRT can be used as a food safety tool, it is not intended for human body temperature readings. The laser temperature gun has a backlit LCD display with a temperature range from – 4 to 608 degrees F (-20 to 320 degrees C). The laser thermometer features a sighting laser that can be turned off. Additionally, the Infrared thermometer has an 8: 1 Distance-to-Spot ratio as well as a Fahrenheit/Celsius readout. This digital thermometer is both CE RoHS and WEEE approved. A 9-volt battery is included.
